So a lot of green Wade - users don't know, but there's something called the collection work list. So if you'll go over here and hit the greenway button here, it takes you to here where the patient list is and and whatnot and down here at the bottom. There'S a collection work list and you can set the filters of this thing by going to a our management down the collection admin over to qualification here and set up all kinds of different decision rules or whatnot. And we can set that up for you, of course. But anyways it's pretty easy to set up. You can even go into this little filter here and set up even more filters. We'Ve got this particular filter set up on any patient, that's over $ 25 and has qualified sometime in the last two weeks course. There'S all kinds of different things we can do there, but we're just keeping it kind of simple for now so anyways, it's pretty easy once the list is generated and actually highlight this name, and you can highlight several names. If you want to it's pretty easy and go into execute action here and then click select action, there's actually a little removed button here where, when you press, ok, I'm not going to do it with this particular one, but I could hit save and it would actually Remove those people from the list - it's pretty simple, so you have total control over who you want to send an onsen, but most people, of course, don't want to look up every single account, which is all reason we have filters going. But if you want to you, certainly May anyways once you're done, you simply highlight the ones you want to and all I'm doing here is just hitting the shift key and just highlighting, and in this particular case this is a bigger practice. So they've got a lot of these things, and so I'm just holding the shift key down and I'm just highlighting the ones we need to do here, every dealer. So once those are highlighted, we go up to execute action and now we've already set up a few actions and a few flags before we made this little tutorial. But I'm going to go up here to select action, I'm going to scroll down to an action are created called sin to Transworld press. Ok and all that really does is really just it add a flag called Cinda transworld. So I'm going to press save and Shazam. It'S that easy. So now all those have a sin to transform flag. They go up to the reporting feature here, going to report selection and again, I've already imported a special report that trans world has and it's called the trans rub: collection start file and I've already got it set up. What it's going to do is it's going to pull any account that has a patient flag with that send a Trans World flag and I'm going to press immediate there. So once this generates, like you normally would on your deals, you're just going to go into Excel there and we're going to name the file will call it Transworld August, that's the month this month, and so now we go back to the collection work list and again It'S a bit monotonous, but we got a highlight these things one more time because we're going to execute another action here in just a moment and now that these guys are all highlighted. What we do is we go back up here to the execute action button and we're going to choose another action that we created called add to collect the collections flag or pass do flag or whatever it is. You call the past due alert that you use at your practice. my company what we're going to use or we can create one for you, we're going to click that and what it does is, is actually going to remove that send to Transworld flag, because we only want to use that for uploads. And it's going to add the in collections, flag or past-due flag or whatever you want to use there. So now we press save and we're done it's really that simple. techtricksclub got to do now is go to the Transworld portal and upload that spreadsheet. That we created earlier
